Interview transcript from 2016: regarding Java development, I have about 8 years of commercial experience for clients like Telefonica O2, Česká Pojistovna, GE Money Bank - see my LinkedIn profile for more details. I have currently worked on a project on Java 8, IBM WebSphere server, Activiti workflow engine, persistence in MyBatis, versioning in GIT

Minutes from 13.6.2018:

• Personality traits: experienced in multiple areas (TL, SCRUM, JAVA...), wants to apply his experience - doesn't want to be a support on a project, but rather lead it.
• Other insights from the interview: In the future he has an idea to work in a position for an architect. He is not averse to start up projects.

The candidate is a very experienced Java developer and has been programming commercially for 10 years. He is currently working as a SCRUM master, where he is also a team leader. He actively uses the English language in communication at work, he has it at an excellent C2 level. He would like to apply this language skill on a daily basis at work, as well as to act as a team leader. He would like to work on a new interesting project that he wants to develop and work on.
