Java Developer

The candidate is a Java developer with 3 and a half years of commercial experience. He works with frameworks such as Spring, Maven, Mockito. He has developed applications for cash register systems, designed WSDLko for cash register application. English language skills are very good, communicated only in English on the last project. He knows Scrum from agile methodologies, but on projects he worked on sprints and daily planning. He prefers longer term projects.

Education and Qualifications:

• 2013-2016: Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering (Ing.) - Developed Java EE application fragment templates for CCA Group.
• 2008-2013: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Bc.)
• 2012: Bachelor's Thesis - Compared versions of applications on the Oracle Developer and Oracle DB platforms for CCA Group in Java

Work Experience:

• 8/2015-3/2019: Java Developer - Worked in an international team of around 15 people, with clients including Edeka and Jysk. Developed and modified functions for cash systems, designed WSDL for SOAP communication, wrote SQL scripts, and migrated functions for communication with the Valuephone discount engine.
• 12/2014-2/2014: Web Developer (part-time) - Developed web forms using PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML 5. Utilized Google Maps API v3.
• 11/2013-2015: Web Developer (part-time) - Collaborated on the development of the www.jimenacestach.cz portal, including administration, layout, CSS, and Google Maps API v3. Also worked on web forms using JavaScript, AJAX, and PHP.
