The candidate is a skilled Java developer with 5 years of commercial experience. 5 years working with Spring and Hibernate. He has no problem adapting to the choice of technologies or choosing the most suitable ones himself. Alongside development, he also works as an analyst and his main responsibilities include meeting with customers and specifying requirements, designing and supervising software solutions, writing use cases and test scenarios as input for testers as well as managing customer expectations. For the last 4 years, he has also held the position of project manager where he manages the processes of an existing system, resolves quotations, assembles development teams, oversees implementation and order acceptance, manages the development cycle on a weekly basis and also manages change processes in collaboration with the analyst.
