The candidate is a developer with around 9 years of commercial experience. He mainly focuses on backend development, but for the last two positions he has been working as a fullstack developer with Javascript on the frontend. He mainly works with Spring, JPA, Liferay technologies. He has experience with both React and Angular (Angular 2+). In the future he wouldn't mind focusing on either purely backend but also working as a fullstack developer. He has no preference in terms of length of projects, he is fine with short term projects from 3 months. In the future he would like to avoid the team lead position for now and focus purely on development because he enjoys it. He has hands-on experience with agile methodologies, having worked in agile teams working in Scrum. Among foreign languages, he knows English at a communicative level, he would have no problem working in purely English speaking teams.
