Java Developer

The candidate is an experienced Java programmer who has been programming commercially for 6 years. He has mostly used Java 6 and Java 8, but now he wants to work with the latest technologies and wants to work with versions 11 and above. For 6 years he mainly used frameworks like Spring, Hibernate and GWT in his work and for 2 years he has been working with Spring Boot. He uses English on a daily basis at work along with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. He can envision himself as a team leader on a project in the future. He is looking for projects that are architecture and business solutions oriented. Most of his experience is in banking projects, but he is also happy to try something new. Responsibilities included implementing new features, transforming existing operations, providing technical consultations, and resolving customer issues. Worked as a senior developer in a team. Developed a business backend for managing insurance contracts for the first Slovak private bank. Responsibilities included implementing new features, providing technical consultations, and resolving customer issues. Used technologies such as Java 8, Springboot, and Oracle DB.

Worked as a medior developer in a larger team. Developed a system for lending mortgages for customers in the Netherlands. Responsibilities included implementing new features, refining specifications, supporting live systems, and extending the product with a reporting system. Used technologies such as Java 8, Spring, and AWS.

Diploma Thesis:

Title: Design and Implementation of Extension for Designing and Execution of System Tests Summary: Focused on testing enterprise applications and web services in a company called Davinci Software. Explored testing concepts, tools, and requirements of the development team. Designed and implemented a solution for the testing system.
