Java Developer

The candidate has been developing in Java for 6 years full-time and worked part-time for 1 year while still studying. Besides Java he mostly uses Spring, but he also has extensive experience with Hibernate, SQL, Maven, Python, R, Rust and Kubernetes. His primary focus is on the back-end. He is currently responsible for training more junior colleagues and is used to working in semi-agile methodologies. He is fluent in English and uses it commonly in the team.

Software Engineer (December 2017 - now) Worked on an open source, a distributed computing platform for machine learning. Implemented new features and algorithms, maintained client libraries in Python and R. Introduced H2O Kubernetes Operator written in Rust for Kubernetes integration. Used Java and C for backend development.

JavaEE/Spring Developer (May 2017 - December 2017) Worked on a project to expand Airbank/Home Credit's services to Asia. Developed a client-facing acquisition website using Spring and Hibernate. Implemented Instagram-like filters for client avatars. Optimized transformations for server CPUs.

Java EE Developer (September 2016 - May 2017) Part of a large team working on security solutions for the telecommunications industry. Developed projects using Java EE 6/7. Successfully completed numerous customer-specific projects.

Java EE Developer (February 2015 - August 2016) Focused on building gateways for mobile applications in the banking/insurance/telco sector. Used Java EE 7 on Wildfly, with JAX-RS for API documentation.
