Java Developer

So as far as experience is concerned, I have experience from school - FIT CTU. As part of a summer project I worked on the development of NLU deep learning model for a framework for developing chatbots. I worked for almost a year as an iOS developer at Seznam and I also graduated from Etnetera Mobile Academy (also iOS). In addition, I studied for half a year at ETH Zurich, which is one of the best universities in Europe (within continental Europe, I dare to say the best), where I focused mostly on artificial intelligence - symbolic, probabilistic but also classical machine learning. There, I worked in the lab on localizing neurons from mouse brain images. After my residency, I worked for 7 months in the software synthesis team in Oxford at Diffblue (a spin-off from Oxford University founded by Prof. Daniel Kroening). Diffblue's primary focus is on the automatic generation of unit tests. I mainly worked on automatic refactoring and code repair (in Java). I am currently working as a software developer in bioinformatics at MSD, where I primarily work on developing machine learning and deep learning models for e.g. solubility prediction, permeability of substances, etc. So I primarily study state-of-the-art models from research papers, implement them for our use and possibly extend them with new experimental approaches that could improve them. In addition, I have also worked on a quite extensive experimental bachelor thesis where I analyzed, preprocessed data and trained a state-of-the-art NLP model on antibodies to predict whether they are antibodies to Hepatitis B or not. I still have a couple of certificates and courses I have taken listed in my CV. So I would like to focus on machine learning, deep learning, but in case of an interesting offer I have no problem with a position as a regular software developer as well.

Project Coordinator (2021-present): Managed project timelines and resources, ensuring successful execution and delivery of projects within set deadlines.
