The candidate is an experienced software developer with more than 12 years of experience. He has been programming in Java for 3 years. His most used frameworks on the backend are Spring and now Spring boot 5, on the frontend he uses the JSP framework. He is also working on databases like Oracle, SQL. He has also used public clouds - AWS, Azure on his last projects and would like to pursue that. It was the development of biometrics scanning application, face-checks for FIFA in Qatar. He is used to working long hours, when he was working on that project it worked so that they only had Fridays off and he was working 12 hours a day, at the moment he would like to switch to a standard work system where he works 8 hours a day. On the project it is a big advantage for him if Kubernetes or Docker is used and he has a lot of experience in using them as well. His English is at an advanced level, he communicates normally. He is used to working agilely in Scrum - he has daily standups and such.
