In his current job, he works as a systems and network engineer and SharePoint consultant, where he is responsible for the conception and improvement of the company's data center and services. 4/2010 - present: Systems & Network Engineer, SharePoint Consultant, SharePoint Developer

In my current role, I am responsible for the conception and improvement of the company's data center and its services. This includes analyzing the current state, designing and implementing improvements, and virtualization using VMware ESX cluster with high availability and VMotion. I have also implemented redundant Cisco ASA in failover mode and two SAN switches to ensure a reliable and stable data center.

However, I have gradually shifted my focus towards SharePoint. As the only person with relevant SharePoint experience in the company, I have expanded my role to include consulting in presales, implementation, and support projects. I have also developed custom solutions, troubleshooted and deployed customers' SharePoint environments, and migrated internal SharePoint portals from 2007 to 2010 to 2013. I have also worked as a full-time subcontracted SharePoint developer for a Prague-based company, contributing to the delivery of a new version of a large-scale SharePoint solution used in a healthcare company for worldwide experimental cancer treatment.

In my SharePoint development work, I have utilized Visual Studio to create webparts, custom forms, timer jobs, event receivers, and workflows. I have also used PowerShell for simpler or one-time batch changes in SharePoint environments and content manipulation. Additionally, I have worked as a full-time subcontracted SharePoint developer for a Prague-based company, contributing to the delivery of a new version of a large-scale SharePoint solution used in a healthcare company for worldwide experimental cancer treatment.
