C++ Developer & Java Developer & Python Developer

• the offers are very interesting and I would like to get involved. I think technologically I am well equipped. I have professional experience with C/C++, Java, Python, Bash, Oracle, even experience in the financial sector :-) I don't know what to imagine by distributed computing, but we in TatraBanka worked on CORBA (C++) standard. Currently I have a project that is also on CORBA, but in Python. Unfortunately, I can't offer full-time or on-site in Prague. In today's connected world, I think it might not be such a big problem (I work 99.99% from home via the Internet). Of course, I can handle an occasional visit to Prague..

• Other insights from the interview - currently working as an employee and doing Python as a hobby on the side for an ICO. He is open to changing jobs. Would be able to go to Prague once a month or so, no more as he has to drive the kids to school. In Žilina he is able to stop by someone's office here and there otherwise he works from home. Because of his job he has to work part-time - he never used to argue about hours, he just put a time line and made it, he is willing to pull even on weekends when he needs to. Otherwise, he's theoretically working out about 2 hours a day. Besides Python, he would also enjoy a C/C++ project. He hasn't worked with Scrum but is familiar with it. He doesn't want to work on government contracts and gambling, otherwise he doesn't care about the field.

The candidate is an experienced developer with a fondness for Python, in which he has over 10 years of commercial experience. In addition to Python, he has 10 years of experience with C++, Java and Bash. Among foreign languages, he is fluent in English. In the past, he has worked as a Team Leader and led a team of about 10 people. He is currently working as a Technology Leader.
