Jirko is a very experienced developer with 31 years of experience. He prefers to work with backend technologies, most of his experience is with Python, Linux, Unix, SQL, and C. He likes agile methodology but has mostly used Waterfall on his projects. His English is at a very good level, his Russian and German are passive, he has worked in Germany in the past and would need to be interviewed.
