Android Developer

The candidate is an Android developer who has been programming in Android for more than 5 years in commercial practice. On his last international project he worked as a Leader and Architect, responsible for all release decisions. He is also a developer who has 2,5 - 3 years of experience with Java, SQL and Architecture as well as the Retrofeed framework. Prior to that, he worked as a PHP developer for 2 years, so he has a very broad technology background. Some of his most used frameworks and technologies include - Java, Kotlin, Android Architecture Components, Dagger 2, RxJava, Retrofit, Shell scripting, Docker, Spring Boot and PHP. He actively uses agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban in his work. The candidate has led a small team as a team leader and sees himself in this position in the future. His English is at a communicative level and he uses it on a daily basis.

09/2017 - 03/2020: Lead Android Developer - Coordinated and led the development of releases for Homecredit China in a team of 80 people. Took care of an Android team of 20 developers. Developed new features, analyzed with BA, made architecture decisions, mentored junior developers, and helped with backend development in Java and Spring.

06/2016 - 12/2018: Senior Android Developer - Developed Android applications for clients such as Oriflame and Cemex.

06/2015 - 06/2016: Android Developer - Created custom mobile applications using native technologies. Developed an application showing video content on tablets in Canon shops and a face recognition app for analyzing customer data. Developed an Android application for history maps of battles in the USA.

03/2014 - 09/2015: PHP Developer - Developed Freshflow Systems' product for capacity and time management.

02/2013 - 05/2014: PHP Developer - Developed web applications for different clients.
