The candidate has been working in QA for 14 years. He has been a Lead and Manager for the last 11 years. In the future he wants to continue in the positions of QA Manager or Head of QA department. He has led teams of 10 to 25 testers in the past. The ideal position would be to design and build a QA department from the ground up and then manage it. He works in an agile way where he uses Scrum on larger projects and Kanban on smaller ones, and sometimes encounters waterfalls. He has roughly 13 years of experience in retail, but is not averse to other sectors.
