Automation Tester & Manual Tester

The candidate is an experienced tester with over 5 years of commercial experience. He has extensive experience in both manual and automated testing. So far he has used e.g. Java, C#, Selenium or Robot framework. He also works with agile methodologies and occasionally holds the position of scrum master. He is fluent in English and uses it at work on a daily basis. His current responsibilities also include training new people on QA.

July 2016 - Present: Quality Associate (July 2016 - March 2017) / Quality Specialist (April 2017 - Present)

• Responsible for functional testing, automation testing, and basic accessibility, performance, and language testing. Also served as a scrum master for several releases.

August 2013 - June 2016: Tester Associate (August 2013 - June 2013) / Tester (July 2014 - Present)

• Conducted functional testing, regression testing, and created new tests and test suites. Automated tests using Selenium framework and presented new functionality to clients. Investigated customer issues.

Education:

• Completed Gymnázium P.O. Hviezdoslava Kežmarok in 2009 and pursued Bachelor Studies in Applied Informatics at Masaryk University - Faculty of Informatics in Brno from 2009 to 2013 (not finished).

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficient in Java (SE) and C# programming languages. Familiar with MS SQL and Oracle SQL query languages, XML, XSD, and XSLT markup languages, and versioning systems such as Perforce, SVN, and Git. Experienced in automation using Selenium WebDriver and Robot Framework. Skilled in using JIRA, TeamCity, TestLink, FogBugz, and HP Quality Center.
