Automation Tester & Manual Tester

The candidate is a Tester who has approximately 3 years of commercial experience. She has only tested manually so far, but would like to learn automated testing as well. She has tested on a bank project large numbers for payment, imports, prepared reporting. Later she was testing software, bug tracking. She was the only tester in the startup, wrote scripts, tested software, was in charge of documentation and later on training 2 junior testers. She is fluent in English. She worked with agile scrum methodology.

August 2019 - November 2018: Quality Assurance Specialist. Responsible for testing web and mobile apps for the travel sector and aviation, using tools such as Jira and Skype. Collaborated with development teams in multiple countries, reported defects and bugs, and participated in meetings.

November 2018 - February 2018: Quality Assurance Specialist. Conducted mobile apps testing for various clients and released products, such as Praha5 and Provoco. Utilized tools like Jira and Basecamp, wrote test scripts, reported defects, and improved end products through test analysis and management.

April 2018 - January 2017: Junior Tester/Analyst. Focused on banking software testing for the ČSOB Group, using tools like HP Quality Center and Jira. Wrote and executed test scripts, reported defects, and analyzed them to identify causes.

September 2012 - February 2012: Office Manager. Responsible for office maintenance, budget balancing, document flow, and organizing travel, meetings, and appointments.

Education: Studied at the University of Hradec Kralove in the Czech Republic, specializing in Information Management as part of the Bachelor's program in Software Engineering. Also studied at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in Ukraine, focusing on Physics.

Other Experiences and Skills: Volunteered for TEDxHradecKralove, assisting in organizing and managing the conference. Fluent in English and Czech, with native proficiency in Russian and Ukrainian.
