Automation Tester & Manual Tester

The candidate is a tester who has been testing web applications for more than 3 years in commercial practice. He is also involved in manual and automated testing. He has experience in testing on multiple platforms. Currently he mainly uses Nightwatch.js framework and Selenium. He actively uses agile methodologies in his work, especially Scrum and Kanban. His communication in English is at B1 level (simple communication and technical documentation processing).

Education:

• Middle school of electrical engineering with a focus on IT and graphic design in Prague from 2010-2015.

Professional Experience:

• Complaint Engineer from 5/2016 to 10/2016: Communicated with customers, solved complaints, and repaired computers.
• Quality Assurance Tester from 11/2016 to present: Specialized in web applications, performed manual GUI testing, troubleshooted and reported bugs, created regression and smoke tests, mentored junior testers, and automated tests using the Nightwatch.js framework.

Language:

• Czech (maternal language) and English (B1 level).

Computer Experience:

• Proficient in XPath, Selenium, Watir-framework, Nightwatch-framework, Git-SourceTree, HTML, CSS, Postman-REST, developer tools, JSON, Fiddler, and Blender 3D.

Driving Card:

• Holds a car license (B).

Hobbies:

• Enjoys playing computer games, finding bugs, learning about IT technology, and traveling.

Self-Learning:

• Has self-taught basics of programming, OOP, Nightwatch.js, Python for Selenium, basic backend command line usage, Java for Android Studio, and SQL-PgAdmin-PostgreSQL.
