Analyst & Automation Tester & Manual Tester

The candidate is a tester with 1 year commercial experience in this field. During her work, she has primarily tested company software, which were mainly focused on HR. Her position was combined with analysis, where she was given a definition of the problem by the client, had to analyze and understand it, and then escalate it to the right department for remediation. After the fix, she tested the product and defined any issues. She figured solely as a manual tester. Her job description included communicating with clients, manager and relevant departments of the company including developers. In addition to bugfixes, she tested products every release. She has an awareness of agile methodologies but has never worked directly in them. She is open to both long and short term projects. Fluent in both English and German, she has no problem working in either language. She does not have an explicitly preferred sector of work. In the beginning, however, she would like to work under someone more experienced who could teach her more.
