The candidate is a Tester. who has 2 years commercial experience. He previously worked as a sell off consultant and subsequently became salesman of the year. Therefore a Business intelligence position would suit him in the future. His English is very good, having worked abroad after school. He is especially familiar with Scrum from agile methodologies.
