Automation Tester & Manual Tester

The candidate is an experienced Tester with over 8 years of commercial experience. She only tests manually. She prepared test analysis definitions, test scenarios, test plan definition for each round of tests, trained testers and other colleagues. She is proficient in English, but would need to speak English to start. Among agile methodologies she has encountered Scrum but also Kanban.

QA Tester:

• Managed a team of testers and had 3 years of experience in team leadership and 7 years of experience in testing.
• Positive attitude, with analytical and logical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with Jira, Spira, and Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS, as well as user-level knowledge of WordPress and advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Currently working as a QA Tester.

Functional Testing Team Lead:

• Managed the activities of assigned testers and ensured quality control of testing scenarios.
• Assisted in test analysis and creation of test scenarios.
• Defined test plans for different testing cycles and monitored the progress of assigned areas during testing.
• Oversaw the incorporation of new functionalities into regression.
• Managed attendance and leaves, defined quarterly goals and development plans for testers, and provided training on system functionalities to testers and business colleagues.
• Worked as a Functional Testing Team Lead from 2015 to 2018.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management, specializing in Business Management, from the Faculty of Business, Brno University of Technology, from 2008 to 2011.
• Foreign study at the Faculty of Business, Brno University of Technology, from 2005 to 2008.
