The candidate is an experienced analyst with over 10 years of experience. During his career he has also worked as a business and solution architect. His English is very good, so communication and reading technical documentation would not give him the slightest problems. Among agile methodologies, he is familiar with Scrum, which he has used on almost every project. As a team leader he can definitely see himself, but he would not like to do personnel issues.
