The candidate is an IT analyst who has more than 3 years of commercial experience. He also handles process and technical analysis. He is in charge of systems, where he evaluates what the different parts should do. He also manages client domains, credit processes, web API designs and visuals. He then evaluates the feedback he sends to Frontend. On a previous project, he did more business support than IT analysis. He handled assignments, reporting, and various queries. He also worked as a Test lead. He had not used English for a long time, he needed to talk. He worked with agile Scrum methodology.
