At Inter-Telecom (Internet Service Provider) he was responsible for business processes : webhosting, domain registration, etc. He was responsible for team management. At Inter-Telecom, communication with the customer was episodic and only on technical areas. Experienced in video conferencing, communication with the client on business trip (in English). English language - reading B2, interview B1. No problem communicating on technical topics. Would characterize himself as a proactive hardworker. Resolves conflicts with colleagues by discussing the cause of the conflict with them and then trying to resolve the conflict rationally. He has never resolved a conflict with superiors, only minor misunderstandings , when they misunderstood, but in the same way through calm communication. If there was a conflict with a client, he always tried his best to comply with the client's requests, thus avoiding the conflict, in rare cases when it could not be complied with, he initiated an appeal to the level of the supervisor.
