After completing studies in political science and economics at Charles University in Prague, I co-founded and successfully managed the business representation of an Italian company, followed by a consulting company. I then worked as a consultant and project manager for various companies, specializing in project management and business development. I have experience in managing teams of up to 50 people and handling projects of various sizes. My main experiences include building a business representation for an Italian company, managing and selling a company, and collaborating with embassies and government institutions. I have also worked on projects for various clients in the banking, state, and public sectors. I have a strong background in project management and consulting.

Project 1

• Established and managed the business representation of an Italian company in the Czech and Slovak republics, including sales, employee and dealer training, administrative and marketing support, and financial reporting.
• Organized participation in exhibitions and trade shows, and conducted demonstration events in automotive showrooms and service centers.
• Collaborated with diplomatic representatives to export security systems to Russia and led the relocation of security system production to the Czech Republic.
