Scrum Master

The candidate started as a Scrum participant (tester) and moved up to Scrum Master in February this year. Currently he is in charge of 6 teams, each team uses a different methodology, some of them. Kanban is used. In general he is involved with the methodology. Key experience : synchronization of multiple teams. English at intermediate level. The candidate finds the financial sector a challenge, he would like to broaden his experience and learn something new. He is currently working in Brno, but in case of an interesting position he has no problem to move to Prague.
