Scrum Master

The candidate is currently a Scrum Master with more than 1,5 years of experience - he has been involved in the introduction of agile environment into the management of a contemporary company - he worked as a Scrum Master and later as an Agile Coach. He is currently working for 6 months as a Technical Product Owner. He has more than 10 years of experience as a Java Developer/Tester, but he doesn't want to take that path anymore. As a Scrum Master he has led 5 teams, which is an average of 50 people. He is very personable with good expressive skills and analytical thinking. Communication in English is no problem for him.

Technical Product Owner: Responsible for development processes and supporting teams working on a credit registry platform. Identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in the software development life cycle (CI/CD, development, QA, documentation). Implementing improvements, measuring results, and collecting feedback. Focus on test automation and embracing agile in a project-driven environment.

External Lecturer: Conducting workshops on databases, data modeling, automation testing in Selenium, and page object patterns. Sharing knowledge and expertise in these areas.

Lecturer: Conducting workshops on testing, test analysis, automation testing, and Android programming. Preparing workshops on business analysis, Java for beginners, agile and scrum, and product management techniques.

Engineering Manager: Responsible for development processes and supporting teams working on a credit registry platform. Implementing improvements, measuring results, and collecting feedback. Focus on test automation and embracing agile in a project-driven environment.

Scrum Master: Serving two scrum teams and focusing on the human side of agile. Observing team dynamics, trust levels, and collaboration. Collecting qualitative and quantitative data to come up with hypotheses for improvement. Planning and executing agile transformation, reorganizing teams into cross-functional teams. Protecting teams from external influences and raising awareness of agile approach across the organization.
