The candidate has been working as a Scrum master for over 4 years and has been working with Scrum since 2011. Since 2011 he has also held various Team Leader positions, where he has gained experience with BI. In addition to Scrum, he mainly uses Kanban and Scrumban. Among the technologies he is proficient in, for example, Oracle, MicroStrategy, SQL AWS. He usually leads teams of 7 people and has experience in leading several teams at the same time. He does his work mainly because he enjoys working with people and agile development. Most of his experience is in data analytics, BI, reporting or backend and frontend development. He is fluent in English and French.

Led the decommission and replacement of DWH, as well as the consolidation of group management reporting. Implemented BI processes and data governance in the finance industry.

Education:

Graduated from Czech Technical University in Prague with a degree in System Engineering. Also studied at École Polytechnique de Montréal, Université de Technologie de Troyes, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers.
