The candidate has about 15 years of experience as a Scrum master, which he also gained during his time as a Project Manager. He was responsible for 3 teams of Scrum components, collaboration, communication and process improvement. His role also consists of training and leading the team, 20-60 people. On a daily basis he works with Scrum, Kanban, but mostly prefers to work in SAFe (3 years) methodologies. His English is at C2 level, he lived in NY for 6 years.
