Scrum Master

The candidate is a certified Scrum Master and Agile Coach. She has been moving and working in the field since 2017, but also teaches marketing at the college level. She is currently working for a team where she is solving how to build within digital and innovation what is missing there within consulting. He comes into contact with many companies where he determines the setting of strategies. In the CRM sytem she implements which systems are connected and which are not, she analyzes risk mapping and unified data flows. In consulting, she is in charge of making sure that the person acquires the most skills. She wants to acquire various new information and skills, that's why she has started doing this. She encounters agile methods on a daily basis. She didn't want to focus on just one area, so she has worked in many other positions where she has had the opportunity to gain information and skills. In her previous position, she mentored a lot of people in agile coaching. Her English, is at a business communication level where she uses it on a daily basis.
