Scrum Master

The candidate is an experienced scrum master with about 7 years of experience. He is currently taking care of 2 teams to make sure they don't miss anything. He introduces the organizational order to the sprints, checks how the team is doing, leads the ceremonies. Communicates daily with the product owner about the backlog so that no time is wasted .Leads 2 teams with 6 members. The biggest team he led had 11 people. He uses English on a daily basis. He would like to focus on agile coaching position in the future.

Scrum Master (11/2019 - Present): Coaching and educating team members on scrum values and practices, working closely with product owners and product management for continuous delivery, resolving conflicts and eliminating impediments, supporting multiple scrum teams and projects simultaneously, creating agile education program.

Front-End Web Developer (02/2012 - 02/2015): Developing websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring effective communication of product requirements and managing assignments based on availability.

Scrum Master (02/2015 - 10/2019): Transitioned from web development to scrum master role, facilitating the adoption of agile practices, coaching individuals and resolving conflicts, managing projects as a product owner.

Product Owner (07/2018 - 12/2018): Responsible for defining product requirements and prioritizing backlog items.

Project Manager/Coordinator (Voluntary) (07/2016 - 10/2019): Coordinated pro-bono projects for non-profit organizations, such as schools, theaters, and sport clubs.
