The candidate is an experienced scrum master and project manager with over 15 years of experience. In several positions he has worked in he has had overlapping responsibilities between PM and SM. He is currently responsible for the transformation to an agile world. He works with teams of 35+ members. He has been responsible for managing multiple projects throughout his career. Apart from VUB, he has always worked in scrum, but even there he tried to push projects to scrum. He started as a software developer. He has no problem with communication in English. He also did several certifications like SCRUM Certified, Project Management -theory and practices, Negotiation Skills- Maxman.
