Project Manager

The candidate is a young Project Manager with 2 years of commercial experience. She is responsible for managing IT people in the company and also employees in the hospital. Approximately it's up to 10 people. She is working on an eHealth application that still has individual sub-projects that she manages as well. He develops long term goals, documentation, budget, risk identification. Her English is at a professional level. She has worked abroad for several years where she gained experience in communication and negotiation. She knows agile methodology like Scrum from the theoretical part.

2012 - 2016: Cabin Crew As a cabin crew member, my role was to provide customers with high standards of service, safety, and security. I worked in both economy and premium cabins, focusing on service excellence, attention to detail, and exceeding customer expectations. I also created and maintained a premium class environment and supported other cabin crew members.

2011 - 2012: Event Manager As an event manager, I conducted research to develop conference agendas and analyzed the data to create commercial conference programs. I identified and invited appropriate speakers, attended and oversaw conferences, and provided opening introductions and speaker assistance.

2017 - Present: Senior Project Manager In my current role, I am responsible for developing project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. I establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, prepare project schedules, maintain comprehensive documentation, and conduct risk assessments. I report progress regularly and escalate any issues to management when necessary.
