Project Manager

The candidate has been working in IT since 2005. For the last 7 years he has been focusing on people management and agile coaching. As a Project Manager he is used to being responsible for two teams at the same time. The biggest team he has led so far consisted of about 12 people. His main responsibilities include stabilizing and managing projects as well as creating product requirements or setting up operational procedures. In his last position, he implemented agile from the very beginning and was also in charge of recruiting specialists as he was building the entire digital team. During his work he "trained" a Product Owner, a Scrum Master and two Project Managers. He is currently planning to get certified as a Product Owner and in his spare time he keeps himself up to date with the latest developments in IT. What he enjoys most about his work is creating a quality product quickly and efficiently that customers enjoy using and are happy with. In the past, he has also worked as a database developer, but due to the demands of managing a team, he did not have the space to pursue object-oriented programming. However, during his internship he has become very knowledgeable in development, both web and mobile, and is well versed in new technologies. His greatest experience has been in economics, finance and banking, and he has also secured contracts for product development or advised company management on digital transformation. Among foreign languages, he is proficient in English.

IT Technical Specialist (2007 - 2015): Worked as an IT Technical Specialist, responsible for managing IT projects and providing technical support. Developed and implemented database systems, maintained Windows servers, and supported web applications.

IT Security Specialist (2005 - 2007): Worked as an IT Security Specialist, responsible for ensuring the security of IT systems and networks. Implemented security measures and protocols to protect against cyber threats.

Scrum Master (2015 - 2017): Worked as a Scrum Master, responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects using Scrum methodologies.

Project Manager (2017 - 2019): Worked as a Project Manager, responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. Developed project plans, allocated resources, and monitored progress. Collaborated with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

Digital Project Manager (2019 - 2020): Worked as a Digital Project Manager, responsible for leading and managing digital projects. Built and managed teams, defined project strategies and processes, mentored specialists and teams in Agile approaches, and set the company's digital product strategy.
