Project Manager & Release Manager

The candidate is an experienced Project Manager with 10 years of commercial experience. She was mainly responsible for web application development, eshops and transition in terms of SEO setup. As a junior, she worked on a project to implement a bus app, handling integration, testing and budgeting. Later she worked on Sygic app for ambulance and big transport companies. She monitored and tested the application along with the assigned developer. Her English is at a very advanced level, communicating with the foreign team on a daily basis. She knows agile Scrum methodology only from the theoretical part.

January 15th - April 21st, 2020: Project Manager

The candidate took over the management of long-term customer projects, including service, implementation, and integration. She participated in the closure and evaluation of these projects and planned a new comprehensive project after signing a new service and development contract with the customer. She coordinated the project team for daily support and prepared a project plan for the development of new modules based on customer orders.

The candidate showed a quick adaptation to project management processes and quickly learned the software used for project management support. She demonstrated high levels of activity, engagement, and personal interest in achieving results. She also had a willingness to learn new things, create and improve the work system of the project team.
