Project Manager & Scrum Master

The candidate is an experienced project manager who has been in this position for more than 6 years in commercial practice. She does not have any problems communicating in English, German at a communicative level, rather informally, she does not dare to conduct meetings in German. For the last two and a half years she has been working in Germany in a company dealing with automation, networks, datacenters. With the presales team she solved technical requirements, during the implementation she worked with the configuration team, operations, developers, analysts. Once the project was awarded, she was responsible for people allocation, project kick off, design communicated with architect, complex project management and then reporting to the client. The biggest budget she had was up to 300k. The team had 50 people. The last project was for a UK hospital, they implemented a service desk, chatbots and phone services during covid time. Can't program, always worked closely with tech lead regarding technical requirements. PMI, ITIL in IT service management, CCNA Routing and Switching. Project Manager (Apr 2016 - Oct 2018): Responsible for software product development and CI/CD process. Served as a scrum master, operation lead, and functional lead for a multinational team. Implemented solutions for network device automation and change management.

Education: Studied air traffic management, economy, and operation of air transport and safety at Technical University of Kosice, earning an engineer's degree in the Faculty of Aeronautics (2006 - 2011).
