Project Manager

The candidate is a young and ambitious woman working as a PM for more than 3 years. She is moving in the e-mobility and banking segment, leading large IT projects to deliver forms for the Ministry of Industry and Trade. She has been through both service projects and development projects - she knows the service cycle and methodologies of development projects. She has also been through the entire lifecycle several times from bidding to some analysis, initiation, implementation and delivery of the project. She is currently delivering the company's products to customers, where the configuration, sales and customization phase of the project. Her advantage is a good technology and analytical background - she has the basics of Java programming and can catch a lot of project management situations, evaluate and resolve things faster. As an analyst, she has worked in SQL for 2 years on a daily basis and could build simple statements. She has worked agile and has Scrum and Prince 2 certifications. She is responsible for a team of 30 people and has also received training in terms of people management, people typology and assertive negotiation. My English is at a professional level as she is currently working on an English project where she communicates with colleagues. My German is at A2 level but she has been on Erasmus in Austria where she speaks German.
