Product Owner & Project Manager

The candidate works as a Product owner and also as a people manager of the scrum team. They develop Citrix products and do various integrations. From a PO perspective, he is in charge from planning to delivering the product to third parties. As a manager he is responsible for things like performance, development and people development. He has also worked as an analyst in the past and has been in the IT industry for almost 6 years. Among agile methodologies, he uses scrum. His English is at a very good level. He currently leads a team of 10 people. He is interested in both short-term and long-term projects. He is most attracted to FinTech or Big Data but is open to all possibilities.

Product Owner / Engineering Manager (November 2018 - present): I oversee the integration team, which includes engineers, developers, QA, and trainees. My responsibilities include working with product managers to develop product features, managing team goals and delivery, and prioritizing backlog. As a people manager, I handle new hires, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.

Integration Lead (2017 - November 2018): Joined as an integration engineer and worked on integrating the product with various third-party systems. Became the team leader responsible for team delivery and new hires. Also assisted the US field team in deploying the application to customers' infrastructure.

Senior Information Technology Business System Analyst (2017): Member of a .NET development scrum team focused on the credit register application. Collected and discussed requirements, created user stories, and participated in customer projects.

Senior Analyst, Retail Energy Management-Gas SK (2016 - 2017): Developed interfaces and automated processes for the web app. Also worked on data collection and forecasting related to gas consumption.

Forecasting Analyst (2015 - 2016): Designed load profile models for B2C, developed neural models for short-term consumption forecasting, and coordinated platform changes for forecasting systems.

Senior Analyst, Wholesale Structuring (2011 - 2015): Developed sale-risk management interfaces, defined B2B CRM system database content, and programmed SQL queries for reporting and pricing tools. Also supported sales, prepared nonstandard contracts, and collaborated internationally within the company.
