Project Manager

This is a really experienced manager who has handled large projects, both in banking and development for automotive and other sectors. His spread is wider than just PM, he also works as a Scrum master. His big skill is looking at technical solutions from a high level perspective.

08/2017 - 10/2020: Freelance Project Manager, Scrum Master, Team Leader - As a team leader, I was responsible for delivering payment solutions for the Chinese market. As a project manager, I implemented projects for Škoda Auto, Volkswagen Slovakia, and Innogy Gas Storage. As a Scrum Master, I assembled a team for Konika Minolta and stabilized supply for the business department. I obtained Scrum Master certification in September 2018 and completed a course on Agile Project Management.

07/2013 - 03/2017: Project Manager - In this dynamic role, I led various technical projects including building a cloud environment, ERP migration, banking system migration, and upgrading/migrating MS Exchange, Lync, and SharePoint platforms. In July 2013, I completed a two-week course on leading projects according to the SAFE methodology.

05/2008 - 06/2013: Product Manager - I facilitated communication between IBM and business partners, implemented technical support for installations, and managed environment implementations according to customer needs.
