.NET Developer & C# Developer

The candidate has about 3 years of commercial experience with .Net development. He would like to work on a project using MVC. His English is pretty OK - both writing and communication. He hasn't used scrum on projects yet, he has worked on smaller projects before. He is not attracted to the banking area, otherwise he is open to all areas. After working on a project, he would welcome the possibility of an occasional Home Office.
