Team Leader

The candidate is currently working as a leader in the telco area. He is in charge of an international team of 14 people, testing terminals, tablets and other products. The candidate acts as an interface between specialists and vendors, handles innovations, upgrades, manages the database, organizes the team, training and development of people. He has an IT background, in the past he worked as a tester but he would not like to go in this direction anymore. His English is at a good level as he communicates in it every day. He can offer the most experience from the telco sector but would not be averse to anything new either.

January 2022 - present (4 months): Currently serving as Squad Lead for Mobile Devices Validation, responsible for international projects and operations in Prague. June 2015 - January 2022 (6 years 8 months): Held the position of Head of International Terminal Integration & Validation Client Team, leading a team and overseeing terminal integration and validation for international clients. July 2013 - May 2015 (1 year 11 months): Worked as a Senior Terminal Integration & Validation Specialist, focusing on integration and validation of terminals. March 2006 - June 2013 (7 years 4 months): Served as an IP Designer, handling IP-related tasks and projects at a telecommunications company. November 1999 - December 2005 (6 years 2 months): Worked as a NOC Specialist, responsible for network operation and maintenance at an internet service provider.
