The candidate is an experienced Project, Program and Operations Manager who has worked in these roles interchangeably for over 18 years in commercial practice. He started in IT in technical roles and has worked his way through several technical roles. He has also worked as a Manager in Cloud Migration directly for a client in the Americas. As an M&A Leader, they shopped around 20 companies - 3 were larger and the rest were smaller firms, handling due diligence within the team. They had a phased way of acquisitions to align the companies HR systems and such. There were always a lot of parallel influences on his work that he had to process simultaneously. He can communicate in English, German and Italian without any problems. He has led large teams of people and interacted with more than 120 stakeholders at the same time. He is a very presentable type of person.

Senior IT Program Manager (March 2018 - Current): Leading large-scale customer-facing projects and account programs across various IT areas and customers. Responsible for ITIL and ITSM projects, security solutions, storage and backup solutions, networking solutions, and monitoring systems implementation. Also involved in bid management and creation of RFPs.

Senior IT Project/Cloud Program Manager (April 2015 - December 2017): Led mergers and acquisitions IT program, including integration of new acquisitions into infrastructure and transitions to cloud. Implemented and administered PPM tool Planview Innotas/SharePoint as enterprise portfolio management tool. Led establishment of AWS/Azure cloud program for infrastructure solutions. Managed projects such as implementation of Splunk, Peoplesoft, and Windows 2003 elimination.

Lead IT Consultant (Owner) (November 2009 - April 2015): Project management and global solutions consultant for fast-growing businesses and startups. Led design and growth of technological solutions for global air travel agency and provided consultancy and implementation services for small to medium-sized businesses.

Regional Head of IT/Operations - North and South America (November 2008 - July 2014): Managed IT, support, and operations across 12 offices in the Americas region for a luxury concierge company. Managed Windows server environment, VMware, Nortel/VOIP phone systems, network administration, security audits, CRM implementation, and establishment of new offices.

Customer Support Engineer/IT Project Manager (January 2007 - October 2008): Implemented and designed complex IT projects, providing customer support and managing IT projects.
