The candidate is a Java developer with more then 8 years of commercial experience in Java. He lives in Zagreb and he prefers as much remote work as possible, although he is able to be in the office for week or two for an onboarding. He is comfortable to work with both bigger and smaller teams. Communication in English is not a problem for him. He is used to work as a standard employee and this is a strongly prefered option of him. Actually, he has a position with at least 1 month notice period.
