Consultant & Merger & Acquisition Consultant & Project Manager

The candidate is an experienced senior whose professional scope is very broad. During his career he has worked as a CFO, M&A advisor, project and crisis manager. His current focus is a combination of these positions. He has been working in these industries for more than 20 years. He specializes mainly in complicated projects that are beyond the scope of normal management, or interim positions where he can bring the most added value to the client. He usually works on projects where a situation needs to be stabilized within a short period of time. He is in charge of major decisions, negotiations. He does not deal with the classic things (audit, simple M&A). He also worked for Penta, where as a member of the acquisition team he was for some time directly in the executive management of the company, during which time they were looking for a local management team and then he moved to the board. He has also been involved in advising on sales, acquisitions and restructurings. English language is a given in his work. He is also proficient in German, although he is not actively communicating with it at the moment, he should be able to get to a communicative level within a few months.
