Analyst

The candidate has been doing analysis for 18 years. He focuses on Business Analysis, but also has experience with IT and data analysis and datawarehouse. His main experience includes preparation of preliminary study, design of communication interfaces, preparation of assignments for programmers, handling internal communication, preparation of usecases as well as preparation of logical and physical data model. In his work he mostly uses UML. He is also able to understand the code as he interacts closely with developers and testers, and he usually goes through the code together with the developer as part of incident management. He has also been responsible for leading a team of analysts in the past and is used to working in an agile manner, especially using Scrum. He speaks English at a moderately advanced level.
