Business Analyst & Data Analyst & Manual Tester

The candidate worked in the position of Business Analyst/Customer Support. She is currently on maternity leave. On the last project the company had its own Progress Software, ERP modules. Her job description on the last project was customer support via phone or email, where she was the liaison between the customer and the product team. She was in charge of answering questions, working on new customizations. She handled simple modifications. She tested new features and implemented software on the customer side.
