The candidate is a candidate who is currently working in the field of debt management and recovery. He has more than 5 years of experience in the field. While doing this work, he also got into corporate receivables where the company was bought out by another company. He is able to provide valuation of the company, business plan based on the contract. He has also worked as Head of Corporate Recovery, which means he was in charge of "turning around" the company, by professional accountants who are trained to help management of a company in financial and other difficulties. He wanted to move on in his career, so he decided to change jobs. The English language does not cause him any problems. He also has a broader knowledge of German.

05/2019- Advisory contract: Owner representation for a Czech collection agency and Head of Legal Collections for a Bratislava-based collection agency. 07/2009-12/2017: Head of Corporate Recovery at APS Holding where responsibilities included valuations and support in model creations, creating recovery teams, monitoring and advising on receivable recovery processes, and reporting to investors. 02/2012-Present: Director of Hypo Collector, an SPV for the acquisition and recovery of secured portfolios. 01/2009-07/2009: Director at GTM Vision, providing advisory services and shareholder representation for investee companies of Penta. 03/2008-12/2008: Project Manager at NOVOKER, representing shareholders on the board of directors of an investee company of Penta. 07/2000-03/2008: Investment Manager at Penta Investments, specializing in secured corporate, SME, and retail NPLs.
