Project Manager

The candidate is a trained Java and C# programmer. He has progressed through leadership positions and currently holds a managerial and executive role. Commercially, he has been in leadership positions since 2016. As IT Director, his primary goal is to outsource processes in general, within the local IT department, to help transform a family IT company into a corporate one. His daily tasks are efficiency checks, monitoring systems, resolving tickets within the staff that use the hardware. Likewise, he attends to customers when there is a problem with the use of products. He uses Jira, HTML, Linux, ServiceNow, MetaBase, Table Atlassian and UC4 in his work. He works in an agile way, mainly with Kanban and Jira, but is also familiar with Scrum. In the past, he has served as Teamleader's right-hand man and represented him in organizing a team of 30 people. International projects suit him perfectly, as he speaks business English and German at a communicative level.

Senior Solution Specialist (September 2016 - September 2021): Responsible for daily operations and successful delivery of projects in Credit Risk solutions. Acted as the deputy head of the department and led a micro-team for quality assurance. Improved SLO reporting and raised the level of measures across the company. Efficiently managed a department of up to 30 people with consistently high productivity.

IT Director (Since October 2021): Leading the transformation of the local subsidiary to comply with group standards. Co-created and implemented standards for IT equipment and processes. Implemented automation and optimization measures resulting in a workload reduction of over 30%. Established a Service Desk and became part of the country management team.

Education: Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering (2011-2014): Developed skills in multiple programming languages, Cloud Computing, Linux, and Project Management.

Diplomas: ITIL (2021): Certified in Axelos v2011 and v4 Foundation. Received an honorary award for 3rd sector activities from prof. Miroslav Kusy.
