Architect & Project Manager

The candidate is a Senior Solution Architect with experience with C++, JavaScript, React, and PHP. He also used Oracle and other relational databases. He also has been in touch with .Net, even though it has been several years. Currently, he is maintaining one server with Java backend. As for C++, he also wrote a part of the code. He is located in Osijek, and he is open to visiting the office in Zagreb occasionally, even several times a month, but not on a weekly basis. He has no problem communicating in English and he can also use his German after some practice. Both long-term and short-term projects are acceptable to him, in both bigger and smaller teams. Standard employment is a preferred option for him, as he worked as a standard employee all of his careers. He has a position currently, but he is looking for something new. He has a notice period of 1 month.

1. Senior Solution Architect (2022 - Present)

• Designing and implementing solutions for company customers, primarily in the government sector.
• Interfacing with stakeholders to determine their needs and generating high-level system requirements.
• Planning system upgrades and updates, ensuring compliance with stakeholder requirements.
• Partitioning large systems into subsystems and ensuring a robust and extensible design.
• Implementing small fixes and changes on various systems.
• Major project: FMIS - Financial management system for government budget users.

2. System Architect (2021 - 2022)

• Designing and implementing strategic goals for managing and maintaining system and software for a major Croatian bank.
• Interfacing with stakeholders to determine their needs and generating high-level system requirements.
• Partitioning large systems into subsystems and ensuring a robust and extensible design.
• Ensuring all products and documentation are up to date.
• Major project: Omnichannel - UniCredit Group's effort to create a single channel for all customer and bank needs.

3. Security Master (2021)

• Educating development teams on secure software development practices.
• Ensuring projects are compliant with secure protocols and reviewing features for security flaws.
• Collaborating with the Security Audit Team for auditing features.

4. Senior Software Developer (2018 - 2021)

• Developing solutions for LTE (4G) and NR (5G) base stations.
• Part of a cross-functional team responsible for solution development, design, and unit testing.
• Collaborating with network engineers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
