The candidate is an experienced manager with a very broad field of activity. He has been in management for more than 16 years, during which he has gained experience in various fields. Early in his career, he worked as a segment manager where he acted as a liaison between salespeople and product groups. Later, he started working for Dell, where he is still working today. From the beginning, he was responsible for the Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Asia Pacific (EMEA) region. He was involved in standardization and globalization of processes. Within Dell, he participated in the first global sales report solution where their challenge was to start operating more online on a web based platform instead of operating in Excel. After Dell purchased the EMC platform he was responsible for the integration of the two companies. He was also tasked with increasing the cross-sell between the two companies, merging vendors, defining new roles. Part of his job is implementing changes, creating business analysis, also financial analysis, strategic communication. As he has been working in an international environment for most of his career, communication in English is not a problem for him.
