Android Developer & Kotlin Developer

The candidate is an experienced developer who has been developing various Android applications for more than 6 years in commercial practice (8 years in total). In his last project, Nag reminder, he worked as a lead developer. He helped the client from the beginning of the idea to publishing the app on the Play Store. His role was to develop the Android app, configure the different services that the app needs to function (Firebase, RevenuCat, playstore...) and also help the client to use the best available frameworks according to his needs. The application is written in Kotlin and supports the latest versions of Android. It handles communication in English language without any problems. He actively uses agile methodologies in his work, especially Scrum and Kanban. During the interview, he said that if necessary, he can sign up for Slovak or Czech language courses.

August 2020 - August 2022: Android Developer Developed Nag Reminder, a comprehensive reminder app that works offline and online. Written in Kotlin, it supports the latest Android version and provides synchronization across multiple devices using Firebase SDK. Advised on library selection, streamlined development and production, and implemented native Android design principles.

August 2016 - October 2019: Android Developer Created an audio and visual control app for operating theater technology. Programmed two independent medical apps, optimized TCP, Restful, and Bluetooth connections, and improved overall application performance by 60%.

February 2016 - August 2016: Android Developer Developed a ride-hailing app integrating maps, payment processors, and analytical tools. Built and maintained a fully functional Android app and integrated multiple APIs for enhanced user experience.

January 2015 - June 2016: Android Developer Developed a social and entertainment app, incorporating video processing and multiple Google services. Created client/server apps, worked with cloud technologies, and formulated sales and business strategies.

March 2014 - January 2015: Software Engineer Built a stock market app for Android with security measures and implemented web services. Developed the client app, added web services for future expansion, and managed databases.

April 2014 - Present: Founder Designed and managed databases, software architectures, and coding. Developed social and entertainment apps for Android, handled front-end and back-end, and managed marketing and business operations.
