The candidate is a very friendly architect who has worked his way through several positions in the IT world such as Service Delivery, TOGAF, Requirements and Business Analysis, Project and Risk Management. He is most comfortable being a consultant and architect. Commercially, he has more than 15 years of experience in those positions. He also used to hold the position of Scrum Master on a project. His richest experience is in the healthcare, economics, and government project industries. He has led a team of 7 people. He does not currently use agile methodologies in his work, but he has worked with Scrum on previous projects and bi-weekly sprints are not a problem for him.   • Designed and implemented a system for automated verification of petitions.
  • Developed the OCR subsystem for scanning, extracting data from paper documents, and processing it.
  • Verified data in national systems.
  • Created an application framework for petitioner data processing and petition evaluation.
  • Ensured high availability and operated infrastructure and applications according to proposed SLAs.
